Today (12th May), is International Nurses’ Day, the annual celebration of nurses and nursing which marks the anniversary of the birth of Florence Nightingale.
Organised by the Royal College of Nursing (RCN) and other nursing organisations, Nurses’ Day is an opportunity to celebrate the incredible skill, dedication and impact of nursing.
Douglas Alexander MP is joining parliamentary colleagues in promoting Nurses’ Day 2025 and showing their support for nursing staff in their constituencies.
