Commenting on local boxing star Josh Taylor’s announcement today of his immediate retirement from the sport, Douglas Alexander MP said:
“Josh Taylor has been an outstanding boxer and great champion over the years, as well as being a sporting inspiration for many young people.
“Following his retirement from the sport, I wish him and his family all the best with whatever he goes on to do next.”
